Installation Guidelines for YUPURONG 1000×3000×4.5mm Porcelain Thin Panel

玉璞荣 1000*3000*4.5mm 陶瓷薄板安装施工指引 

1 产品参数 

  规格：1000mm×3000mm×4.5mm 类型：大规格超薄陶瓷薄板适用：室内外墙、背景墙、大堂墙面、架空墙面、干挂 / 湿 贴通用 

2 施工环境要求 

  1. 施工环境温度：5℃～35℃，禁止雨雪、大风天气施工 

  2. 基层必须坚实、干燥、无浮灰、无油污、无空鼓松动 

  3. 墙面 2 米靠尺平整度误差≤3mm，阴阳角顺直 

  4. 基层含水率≤10% 

3 材料及工具 

  3.1 主材辅材 陶瓷薄板、陶瓷薄板专用水泥基粘结剂、柔性瓷砖填缝剂、中性硅酮耐候密封胶、泡沫背衬棒、界面处理剂、美纹纸 

  3.2 施工工具 大板真空吸盘吊具、6–8mm 齿形镘刀、电动搅拌器、2m 靠尺、水平仪、墨斗、橡皮锤、水刀切割机、倒角工具、清洁海 绵 

4 板材堆放与检查 

  1. 板材平放垫高堆放，单层平铺，严禁斜立靠放、单点受力 

  2. 到货逐片检查：缺角、崩边、裂纹、色差、表面瑕疵，分类编号 

  3. 搬运必须使用专用真空吸盘，双人抬运，禁止徒手掰边角，防止断裂 

5 基层处理 

  1. 铲除墙面浮浆、空鼓、松动抹灰层，修补孔洞裂缝 

  2. 基层清扫干净后，涂刷界面剂，增强粘结力、防脱落空鼓 

  3. 基层养护到位，干透后方可铺贴 

6 弹线排版 

  1. 根据现场尺寸提前排版，避免出现小于 150mm 窄条 

  2. 弹出水平控制线、垂直分格线、板面安装基准线 

  3. 按设计预留伸缩缝，板间常规留缝 3～5mm，变形缝≥8mm 

7 粘结剂调配 

  1. 严格按厂家配比加水，电动搅拌 3～5 分钟至无颗粒膏状 

  2. 静置 5 分钟二次复搅 1 分钟即可使用 

  3. 拌好粘结剂 2 小时内用完，干结后禁止加水二次使用 

8 背涂及墙面刮胶 

  1. 清理板材背面灰尘，必须双面刮胶：墙面基层 + 薄板背面 

  2. 使用齿形镘刀同向梳刮，胶层厚度控制 3～5mm 

  3. 薄板四周满刮，中间梅花点刮，保证粘结面积≥60%，有效防空鼓 

9 铺贴安装工艺 

  1. 安装顺序：由下往上、由中间向两侧 

  2. 对准控制线就位，轻压调整，橡皮锤轻敲密实 

  3. 2m 靠尺随时校正平整度、垂直度，板面高低差≤2mm 

  4. 铺贴后 15～30 分钟内完成微调，超时严禁挪动 

  5. 24 小时内严禁碰撞、敲击、踩踏震动 

10 填缝打胶 

  1. 铺贴固化 24 小时后再进行清缝、填缝 

  2. 贴美纹纸防污染，用柔性填缝剂饱满填缝、刮平压实 

  3. 伸缩缝、阴阳角、收口位置塞入泡沫棒，打中性耐候硅酮胶，胶面顺直光滑无气泡 

11 成品保护 

  1. 施工完成表面覆盖保护膜，防止划伤污染 

  2. 7 天内禁止硬物撞击、打磨、重载施压 

  3. 清洁使用中性清洁剂，禁用强酸强碱

12 常见质量控制要点 

  1. 严禁薄版干贴不背胶、单面刮胶施工 

  2. 基层不平必须先找平，不得靠胶层厚垫调平 

  3. 大薄板禁止单点支撑、斜放堆放 

  4. 严格留伸缩缝，防止热胀冷缩开裂、起拱 

  5. 外墙高处建议采用粘结 + 挂件双固定工艺 

13 安全施工注意事项 

  1. 高空作业佩戴安全带、安全帽，脚手架验收合格再使用 

  2. 切割作业佩戴护目镜、防尘口罩 

  3. 电动工具做好绝缘防护，湿墙面禁止带电作业 

  4. 板材搬运双人配合，防止倾倒伤人 

Installation Guidelines for YUPURONG 1000×3000×4.5mm Porcelain Thin Panel

1 Product Parameter 

  Size: 1000mm×3000mm×4.5mm 

  Type: Large-size ultra-thin porcelain panel 

  Application: Interior & exterior wall, feature wall, lobby wall, cavity wall, adhesive & dry-hanging installation

2 Construction Environment 

  1. Ambient temperature: 5℃～35℃; No construction in rain, snow or strong wind. 

  2. Substrate must be solid, dry, dust-free, oil-free, no hollowing or loose layer. 

  3. Wall flatness deviation ≤3mm with 2m straightedge; internal & external corners straight. 

  4. Substrate moisture content ≤10%. 

3 Materials & Tools 

  3.1 Materials Ceramic thin panel, special cement-based adhesive for ceramic panel, flexible tile grout, neutral silicone weatherproof sealant, foam backer rod, interface agent, masking tape. 

  3.2 Tools Vacuum suction cup for large panel, 6–8mm notched trowel, electric mixer, 2m straightedge, level, ink line marker, rubber hammer, waterjet cutter, chamfer tool, cleaning sponge. 

4 Panel Storage & Inspection 

  1. Store panels flat on cushion, lay flat only; forbidden leaning or single-point force. 

  2. Inspect piece by piece: chipping, crack, color difference, surface defect, classify and number. 

  3. Must use professional vacuum suction cup for handling; two-person carrying only, no holding edge by hand to avoid breakage. 

5 Substrate Treatment 

  1. Remove laitance, hollow and loose plaster; repair holes and cracks. 

  2. Clean substrate and apply interface agent to improve adhesion and prevent hollowing & falling off. 

  3. Start installation only after substrate fully dried. 

6 Layout & Marking 

  1. Layout in advance to avoid narrow strip less than 150mm. 

  2. Snap horizontal, vertical and installation reference lines. 

  3. Reserve expansion joint: normal joint 3～5mm, deformation joint ≥8mm. 

7 Adhesive Mixing 

  1. Mix with clean water per manufacturer ratio, stir electrically 3–5min to smooth paste. 

  2. Stand 5min then stir again 1min. 

  3. Use up within 2 hours; do not reuse dried adhesive by adding water. 

8 Back & Wall Gluing 

  1. Clean panel back dust. Must glue both wall and panel back. 

  2. Scrape adhesive with notched trowel in same direction, thickness 3～5mm.

  3. Full gluing around edge, spot gluing in middle; bonding area ≥60% to avoid hollowing. 

9 Installation Procedure 

  1. Install order: bottom to top, center to side. 

  2. Align with reference line, press lightly, compact with rubber hammer. 

  3. Calibrate flatness & verticality with 2m straightedge; surface height difference ≤2mm. 

  4. Adjust only within 15～30min after placement; no moving after time out. 

  5. No collision, knocking or vibration within 24 hours. 

10 Grouting & Sealing 

  1. Clean joint and grout after 24h curing. 

  2. Paste masking tape to avoid pollution; fill joint fully with flexible grout and smooth. 

  3. Insert foam rod for expansion joint & corner, apply neutral silicone weatherproof sealant with smooth surface and no bubble. 

11 Finished Product Protection 

  1. Cover panel surface with protective film against scratch and pollution. 

  2. No impact, grinding or heavy load within 7 days. 

  3. Use neutral detergent only; forbidden strong acid & alkali cleaner. 

12 Quality Control Key Points 

  1. Forbid single-side gluing or direct dry installation without back coating. 

  2. Level uneven substrate first; do not adjust flatness by thick adhesive layer. 

  3. Forbid single-point support or leaning storage for large thin panel. 

  4. Reserve expansion joint strictly to prevent crack and arching from thermal expansion. 

  5. High exterior wall recommend adhesive + metal hanger double fixing system. 

13 Safety Precaution 

  1. Wear safety helmet and safety belt for high-altitude work; use qualified scaffold only. 

  2. Wear goggles and dust mask during cutting. 

  3. Keep electric tools well insulated; no electric operation on wet wall. 

  4. Two-person cooperation for panel handling to avoid injury.

  靠尺校正平整度，15–30 分钟内微调完成 Level checked with 2m straightedge, fine adjustment done within 15–30 minutes 

铺贴后核对｜Checklist After Installation 

   24 小时内禁止震动踩踏 No vibration or stepping within 24 hours 

   24h 后清缝、柔性填缝、打耐候胶 Joint cleaning, flexible grouting, and weatherproof sealant after 

   24h 板面做好成品保护膜 Surface protected with finished product film 

   7 天内禁止硬物撞击、强酸清洁 No hard impact or strong acid cleaning within 7 days
