No MOQ applies to our standard in-stock tiles. For customized designs, MOQ shall be subject to detailed specifications, generally around 3,000 sq.m. per SKU. We arrange dedicated mass production for custom orders to maintain consistent color & finish quality up to our premium standard.

All our porcelain tiles are fully vitrified with water absorption ≤0.1%, Mohs hardness ≥6 grade, and compressive strength ≥120MPa. The anti-slip grade reaches EU R9/R10 (optional according to surface finish), meeting the requirements of high-end commercial and residential projects.

Q20: How to ensure the consistency of mass production and samples?

We strictly control the batch color difference within ΔE≤1.5, and conduct 100% full inspection for mass production. We support pre-production, in-production and pre-loading inspection by third-party institutions (SGS/TÜV), and provide inspection reports.

Q22: What is your quality after-sales policy?

For quality problems caused by our production, we provide free replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. For sea freight damage, we will compensate according to the actual loss (based on the freight insurance certificate).

Q23: What customs clearance documents do you provide?

We provide a full set of customs clearance documents including CI & PL, BL, origin certificate (FORM A/FORM E), meeting the import requirements of all countries/regions.

Yes, we provide English/Chinese technical manuals for tiling and processing (such as thin pasting method for large slabs), and have a professional technical team to provide online/offline technical guidance for large high-end projects. We also support on-site technical docking for key projects.

Q25: What is your supply capacity and replenishment guarantee?

Our monthly production capacity of small format porcelain tiles is ≥150,000㎡, and ≥80,000㎡ for 1000*3000*4.5mm thin porcelain panels, which can support the continuous supply of large long-term projects. For regular products, we have a stable stock, and the replenishment lead time is 7-10 working days. We strictly control the color difference of replenishment batches to ensure consistency with the original order.
