Q3. What are the specifications of the 4.5mm large-format thin panels?

Standard specification: 1000×3000×4.5mm, matte surface.

48 solid color options are available. These panels are used for luxury furniture, architectural projects, interior design, and commercial fit-out work.

A non-rectified tile has a natural, soft edge rather than a machine-cut sharp edge.

The tiles are fully vitrified porcelain with the following parameters:

• Anti-slip rating: R9/R10 optional, depending on surface finish

Batch color difference is controlled within ΔE≤1.5.

Every batch receives 100% manual and machine inspection. Third-party inspection by SGS or TÜV is fully cooperated at pre-production, in-production, and pre-loading stages.

For quality issues caused by production defects:

• The defective product will be discounted or fully refunded, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the payment of the next order
